When you hear Jazzercise you think legwarmers, leotards, and dancing to jazz music, right? Or a workout for your Mum but not for you? We admit our workouts got so popular in the 80’s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards—and the 80’s—are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We’re still evolving and transforming people’s bodies and their lives. We’re dropping it to the newest body-pumping beats on the radio right now.

Ed Sheeran? Yep.  Sam Smith? Check. Pink? Definitely! Plus so many more fantastic artists... David Guetto, The Wkend, James Arthur, Pitbull, Meghan Trainor, Callum Scott, Lizzo, Mark Ronson, R£HAB, Nathan Dawe, Jonas Blue, Jax Jones, Taylor Swift, Lil Nas, Shakira, Ariana Grande and the list goes on and on!. Snoozy jazz music? Not even close.

Why are we still here 50+ years later? Because our program works! Jazzercise gets you results…fast. It’s a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. Fresh body pulsing music and new moves keep you psyched to sweat. Music is make-it-or-break-it when it comes to workouts. So we update our playlists constantly to keep it fresh. If you try our classes odds are you’ll stay with our program for 7 years. That’s our average and we’re proud of it. Why do people stay? Because we keep it fresh so you never plateau and never get bored. Variety is the key to staying with a workout and breaking through plateaus and we’ve got that! Our instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves and new music so classes are always different. Plus you can choose from class types like Cardio Sculpt, (cardio, strength & stretch), Power Sculpt (HiiT cardio & strength), Cardio [all with Low impact options] plus Sculpt (strength) and Stretch to keep your workouts fresh and challenging.

Runs on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays... mornings and evenings!

WHO IS WELCOME!

Women and men (if we don't have female members who are not able to exercise with men for religious reasons) of any age, shape, size and fitness level are welcome. Children 12 years + can also attend with an adult.

FIRST TIME JITTERS?

Walking in to one of our dance fitness classes is easy. There’s something unique about Jazzercise. It’s hard to describe, but we promise you’ll feel it when you’re there. No judgment, no intimidation. Instructors and customers make you feel like you belong. And forget booking ahead or reserving special equipment. Just come in and kick butt with us. Wear trainers and comfy clothes, and bring water and a mat with you.

THINK YOU DON’T HAVE MOVES?

So you’re not a dancer. We only have one thing to say to that—who cares? Just come to class and move. You want to transform your body, not become a back-up dancer for Beyonce, right? We got this. Besides, when the beat drops you’ll be surprised what your hips can do.
